AI Sidekick for Businesses
Exploring using it as a sidekick to increase productivity. Creating an Empathic Listening Module Figuring out how to create an enormous library of step-by-step instructions for empathic listening was a hard task. It took two hours just to draft one module prior to engaging AI. A deadline was set and over the weekend, a solution was found to use chat GPT to do the work.
Iterative Product Development
Created an AI method to quickly iterate to find a valuable product, as opposed to the traditional waterfall approach. 73 modules were produced in 24 hours, and a Fortune 500 company bought it in the first week. Feedback was received and a second version was produced in less than 24 hours that was "100 times better" according to the customer.
AI Voice Tool Transforms Content Production
AI voice tool has evolved to a point where it is indistinguishable from a real person, allowing for content production at scale without the need for expensive voice Talent. This has transformed the way content is produced, allowing for faster and cheaper production.
AI Replacing Jobs
AI will replace jobs faster than new ones can be created, leading to job loss in industries like voice-over and copywriting. Relevance of Experience Experience can be more valuable than education when it comes to producing results. Knowing how to ask the right questions is key, and those with more experience are better equipped to do so.
The Opportunity of Technology
Technology is allowing people to move faster and those who can quickly identify relevant tools will have a huge opportunity. Ignoring the tools can lead to being left behind. AI Optimization of Business Processes Companies are building wrappers around core technology, but the next stage is optimizing every task with AI to do things better, faster, and cheaper than competitors.
Experimentation is Key
Play with the AI tools: start experimenting with AI to make processes faster, cheaper, and better. Think outside the box and get creative.
AI for Writing Content

Character DevelopmentKnowing who we are and our purpose, values, and mission. Closing character gaps and becoming more aware of our identity leads to character growth. Uniforms can help us understand how to act and show respect.
The Impact of Identity on Stress and JoyDiscovering one's identity can lead to a decrease in stress and an increase in joy. Few people have a personal mission statement, and even fewer can articulate it. Through workshops, excavation tools, and one-on-one coaching, individuals can create an identity statement that resonates with them.
Reducing Stress and Anxiety:Moving towards identity brings responsibility and reduces stress and anxiety by understanding one's purpose and meaning for being on the planet. Abundance of opportunity is found when no longer competing with others.
Courage to Live a Life of PurposeTaking responsibility for one's destiny requires courage to live a life of purpose and meaning, despite the difficulty and resistance. Practical example of this is when a leader takes a stand to change their culture.
Culture Change EssentialsCommunicate definition, model behavior, invest in front line team.
Culture Eats Everything for BreakfastCompany culture must come from the inside out, not be legislated from the outside. It takes persistence and commitment to change a habit or culture, and can take days, months, or years.
Living Out a CultureOrganizations need to develop a capability to compare their identity with reality and respond to any gaps. This process should become part of the organization's rhythms and requires regular discussion and iteration. It is not a one-time program, but an ongoing process.
Culture in OrganizationsHumans in organizations tend to operate in smaller teams, with bureaucracy and corporate structure impacting decision-making. Leaders need freedom to make changes, and culture can be agile if they do. Trust is key for successful teams.
